Your information will never be sold or given to any third parties and I will not use your information for any marketing purposes without your express permission. I may contact you after your order has shipped to confirm that you received it and the item is to your satisfaction.

Discounts

Discounts shown on my website may differ from discounts you see or receive at shows and events. If you have a coupon code, you can enter it during the checkout process. If you have a question about a discount or if a code you have been given does not work, please contact me.

Sales Tax

Orders shipping to North Carolina addresses will have North Carolina state sales tax applied. The sales tax in Guilford County (where I am located) is 6.75%.

Shipping

All in-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. If there will be a delay for any reason (holiday, illness, inclement weather, etc) I will contact you and provide an expected ship date. I ship via USPS Priority Mail and cost is based on flat rate boxes. If the actual shipping cost is more than $1.00 less than your payment, I will refund you the difference (typically occurs if you order more than 1 item since shipping is calculated on each item).

Custom Items

If you would like an item in a different size, color, pattern or yarn, please let me know. I may request up to a 50% non-refundable deposit to cover materials (as well as my time and energy to procure them). I will contact to to verify details of the order, payment details and an estimated completion and ship date. I may also contact you while working on your custom item to ensure that it is turning out as expected and to confirm the timeline.

Satisfaction

I want you to be happy with every item you order. I do my best to accurately show colors of items, but please be aware that computer monitors may display colors differently. If you are dissatisfied with an order for any reason, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges must be pre-arranged and will hopefully be a last resort. If an item is returned, the purchase price will be refunded once the item is received. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is being exchanged, you will be responsible for 50% of the shipping charges for the new item.
